How do I use this bone-shaped pillow?

1. Drape Headbone over your seat with the non-slip fabric face down.

2. Position it where you want it (behind the head, neck, back, etc.).

3. Adjust the level of support (fullness or flatness) by shaking the buckwheat-hull filler through Headbone's hollow neck.

4. Get comfortable!

Other tips:
The larger end is the intended resting end, but the smaller end gives variety to other positions and may sometimes be preferred, like in airplane seats, when you need more variety of positions.
To further (and more permanently) adjust the level of support, add or remove filler through the zipper opening.

"Thanks so much..... I received the pillow in 2 days! I just love it but I believe I will like the longer one even better. My grandaughter who is 3 sure enjoyed it on her trip to town! What a great product."
from Karen H. in Wickliffe, KY

"Hey me again. I just put this pillow to my back, over my computer chair (why not before now, who knows, too busy to think I guess!) anyway it just fits & feels great, especially after getting off a lawn mower!"
from Karen H. again, Wickliffe, KY

"Hi Vic: Thanks for your email...I actually like to use your pillow laying down on my office couch taking a nap...Also for long trips on air plane it will become very very handy for me, most of my trips overseas last between 8-16 hours one way.., I hate the little white fluffy pillows they use on the planes, they are very uncomfortable and I'm sure very dirty too...after looking at your web site and seeing that beautiful lady laying by the pool, I will use your product around my pool on my lounge chair, I bet it works better that rolling a towel under my head or rolling my T shirt as a pillow :-).."
from Mark A., Waldorf, MD

"Hi Victoria, Received my Headbones yesterday, July 23. Love, love them. Used one on my recliner while watching TV and working on my laptop and had a pain free neck the entire evening. The other is for my car and I'm sure I will have the same results while driving.

I plan to tell my friends about Headbones and I appreciate the handling and receipt of my order in such a wonderful timely manner. Great service from a great company. Thank you."

from Anna Maria H. in Bakersfield, CA

P.S. Before finding your invention, I have purchased and returned several from Target and Walmart. Yours are the BEST! Anna

How is Headbone® different from other portable pillows?

You don't wear it on your shoulders, like many other pillows.
It hangs over the seat.

It's completely adjustable. The bulbous shape contours to your body to fill any void of space between you and your seat.
In the "before" photo at right, see the void of space behind her neck in this Lincoln Continental? That "void" can cause strain because there's no neck support.

Alertness OR relaxation.
Comfort and support can help you be more alert by removing distraction from your discomfort;
OR it can make you more relaxed by allowing easy comfort.

Set it and forget it; it stays in place.
You may occasionally need to make small adjustments depending on your seat and usage, but it's very non-intrusive and easy to use.

Ergonomic support that's tailored to your body allows you to maintain your natural spinal curve and save your posture.
Sitting for a long time can cause lower back pain due to slouching. Headbone and Backbone encourage proper posture when used for lumbar support.

Use Headbone on a low- to mid-height chair for lumbar support. (Headbone is 26" long and will reach the lumbar region on low- to mid-height chairs as shown.)

Use Backbone on high-back chairs for lumbar support.

Tip: Lumbar support generally requires less filler than is provided in Headbone. You can remove filler through the zipper if desired.

Made in the USA.

What else?

Your head is heavy!
Holding it up can give you a crick in your neck. Headbone is supportive -- not squooshy -- so it will hold your head at the angle you set.

Read, watch the view, or relax without neck strain.

Does this look like your favorite chair?
You can modify it when you read, watch TV, or have a conversation.

Note: If you want to sit more "straight up" in a chair that's angled back like the one shown at right, Headbone will be unobtrusive. This means you can leave it on the chair all the time and use it when you want it and ignore it when you don't.

Uses and modifications are endless.
Fold it, smoosh it, or wedge it countless ways to fill any need.

Example: Do you get a sore shoulder while driving? If so, wedge Headbone under your elbow. It will jack up your shoulder, prevent slouching, and greatly relieve the strain.

Example: Does your backside get fatigued when you sit for too long? Yes! Sit on Headbone for relief. Maybe it has something to do with pressure points, but it really helps. (Yes, Headbone is strong and supportive enough for at least an average adult to sit on. We haven't tested it for pound strength.)

Also handy for supporting objects, too!
